Right from the outset, our focus is on designing production-ready components. This meticulous approach involves considering all standards, enabling us to swiftly transition our virtual product into tangible hardware utilizing our advanced tools, especially 3D-printing.

Each of our components undergoes meticulous evaluation and testing, overseen by dedicated specialists. Furthermore, our use of proprietary mule vehicles adds an extra layer of confidence, allowing us to assess the performance of developed components under real-world conditions.

Before entering the homologation phase, our team thoughtfully designs and sets up customized production lines for component assembly. This includes End-of-Line (EOL) testing before shipment to the customer. Our engineers recognize and prioritize the importance of agile production lines capable of meeting stringent quality standards, accommodating fluctuations in production rates, and seamlessly integrating any necessary modifications throughout the product's lifecycle.

Right from the start, during the design phase of new components, we place clear emphasis on a holistic composition and subsequent compliance with all relevant standards and specifications. Our Variable Tyre Pressure System (VTPS) is undergoing global homologation to ensure its compliance and suitability across diverse markets.

This represents the final stage in realizing our customers or own products for deployment on the roads. Once our components have undergone rigorous testing through the Design and Verification Process (DVP) and homologation, we commence series production. Our production capabilities are flexible, allowing us to adapt to varying demands without constraints.
